My wonderful lacinato kale and root vegetable soup!

Recipe Ingredients for My Corrected Kale Soup

3 cup, chopped Kale
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
3 sliced raw Parsnip
4 medium raw Turnip
2 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for My Corrected Kale Soup

  1. wash and slice leek bulbs and lower leaves,

  2. saute in olive oil,

  3. peel and cut parsnips and turnips into pieces, add to saute

  4. add sea salt and 12 cups spring water,

  5. bring to a boil, cover and simmer 30 minutes to one hour
