This is my copy of a copycat recipe that I found on internet of the chilly of wendy. I didn't have all the ingredient so I improvice. Al the ingredient are diced.

Recipe Ingredients for My Copy cat Wendys Chilly recipe

907.18 g Ground Beef
303 g red onion
65 g green pepper
73 g yellow pepper
53 g coriander
200 g carrots
457 g italian tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon curry
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 tablespoon brown sugar
11 1/4 ounce tomato sauce
4 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon garlic
30 ounce red beans
1 1/2 cups water

Recipe Directions for My Copy cat Wendys Chilly recipe

  1. In a stockpot, over medium heat, brown the meat with a little salt and pepper. Add water, just to cover by 1/2 an inch, and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse.

  2. Return meat to pot ? medium heat ? and add the olive oil, carrots, green peppers, yellow peppers, onions, curry, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Cook for one minute.

  3. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, and beans. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.
