Fresh chicken breast, with a gorgeous variety of veggies. Substitute at will. Enjoy with brown rice. SO healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for My Chx Stir-Fry w/Veggies

3 cups brown rice
16 ounce chicken, boneless, skinless, cut up for stirfry
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp oil, stirfry or olive
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup snow pea pods, cut into thirds
1/2 cup carrot, sliced
1/4 cup corn, asian baby corn
1/4 cup shiitake mushroom, sliced
3 tbsp water, mixed with stir-fry seasoning pack

Recipe Directions for My Chx Stir-Fry w/Veggies

  1. cook rice, keep covered & set aside.

  2. mix cut-up chx with water & cornstarch.

  3. heat oil over medium heat, until almost smoking.

  4. add chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

  5. move the chicken to the outside of the wok, add the veggies, cover. Cook for another minute or two.

  6. uncover, stir-fry for a minute or two.

  7. mix the seasoning pack with the 3 tbsp of water. Pour over the stirfry and mix well.

  8. Serve with a 1/2 cup of hot rice!
