Delicious. High Fiber. Awesome. Protein-Laden. Serving is about 1 Cup of Prepared Chili.

Recipe Ingredients for My Chili

1 lb ground beef
1 lb sweet italian sausage
1 can condensed tomato soup
16 oz tomato sauce
16 oz diced tomatoes
2 medium green bell pepper
2 medium red bell pepper
1 medium onion
4 1/2 oz black beans
4 1/2 oz kidney beans
4 1/2 oz white beans
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for My Chili

  1. Brown the Meat In a Big 'Ole Pot

  2. Add the Diced Peppers and Onions, Cayenne Pepper and Garlic Salt

  3. Cook until Peppers are Soft

  4. Add the Rinsed Beans, Tomato Soup, Tomato Sauce, and Diced Tomatoes

  5. Simmer for about 2 hours.

  6. Add the Hot Sauce.

  7. Add more Hot Sauce to taste.
