Having trouble believing the kidney bean calorie count, but whatever...

Recipe Ingredients for My Chili

1/2 cup kidney beans
1 cup canned tomatoes
2 oz ground beef
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tbl light sour cream
1/2 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for My Chili

  1. Brown the ground beef in microwave.

  2. Slice onion.

  3. Throw all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for a couple of hours.

  4. This is a scaled down version of the chili, just to give me a portion count.
