Recipe Ingredients for My Chile Verde Recipe

4 lb pork tenderloin
12 green peppers (Anaheim)
1 1/2 cup onion
1 cup salsa (verde)
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbs salt

Recipe Directions for My Chile Verde Recipe

  1. cube pork into 1 inch cubes

  2. brown and cook

  3. add sliced or diced green chile peppers, onions

  4. add remaining ingredients

  5. simmer for 1 hour till tender.

  6. serve with tortillas, rice, etc.
