I use low sodium kidney beans and 90/10 beef.

Recipe Ingredients for My Chiil

3/4 pound lean ground beef
1 green pepper
1 red onion
1 celery stalk
14 oz. diced tomatoes
14 oz. kidney beans
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 cup tomato juice
1 Salt and pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 cup hot sauce

Recipe Directions for My Chiil

Brown beef. Saute veggies with beef. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer until thickened. Serve with FF shredded cheese and light sour cream.
