Skip the heavy salad dressing. Use lemon and olive oil instead. Also use a bit of Udo's Oil on top.

Recipe Ingredients for My Ceasar Salad

2 cups romaine lettuce, torn
1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh squeeze
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup croutons

Recipe Directions for My Ceasar Salad

  1. Mix in a bowl the romaine, lemon juice and oil.

  2. Put on a plate to serve, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and croutons.

  3. Drizzle a bit of Udo's Oil on top just before serving.
