Make this as a single serving when making hamburger casserole for the rest of the family

Recipe Ingredients for My casserole

1 medium potato, sliced
1/4 cup peas, leave a little water on it
1/4 cup carrots, drain
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup tomato soup

Recipe Directions for My casserole

Slice potato and put on bottom of small dish. Layer the rest of the ingredients with tomato soup on top. Bake for 45 minutes.
