Healthy cabbage soup. No added fat, just healthy goodness.

Recipe Ingredients for My Cabage soup

4 cup, shredded Cabbage
0.5 medium White Onion
2 medium Green Bell Pepper
1.5 cup, chopped Carrots
2 cup Crushed Tomatoes
2 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for My Cabage soup

  1. Chop all veggies into roughly same size. This will make the cooking time more consistant.

  2. Pull all ingredients in either the slow cooker or large pot on stove.

  3. Fill add enough water to cover the veggies and crushed tomatoes.

  4. Cook on high until boiled, reduce heat and allow to simmer for 2 hours .... or until all veggies are the consistancy that you prefer.

  5. Add pepper to taste.

  6. This stores up to one one week in the fridge, and freezes great.
