Adapted from my brownie mix recipe to make a single batch.

Recipe Ingredients for My Brownies

1 T soy flour
1 T flax seed, milled
7/8 c spelt flour
1 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
3/4 c sugar
7 T cocoa
1/4 c canola oil
2 t honey
1 t vanilla
2 T chopped walnuts
2 T chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for My Brownies

  1. Stir together dry ingredients.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Spread batter in a 7 x 11 inch baking pan, sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-26 minutes.
