this really uses lecithin instead of oil, but the calorie content was about the same.

Recipe Ingredients for My Bread

5 1/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons oil

Recipe Directions for My Bread

mix dry ingredients for one minute. add lecithin and water and mix for another minute. Form into two bread loafs and bake. you know the rest.
