Whole wheat with flax and oat bran bread

Recipe Ingredients for My bread

6 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup bran
2/3 cup ground flax seed
1 T salt
4 T sugar
2 T yeast
2 eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup milk

Recipe Directions for My bread

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. soak yeast in 1 cup of warm water for five minutes

  3. add eggs oil and milk to the yeast

  4. add wet to dry and knead

  5. let rise 1 hour

  6. put into 3 greased bread pans

  7. let rise 1 more hour

  8. bake about 20-25 minutes
