A mostly raw food soup that tastes delicious. Ok..update: there are things I would change for next time. First I'd only use half a buoillion cube and half a stalk of celery. I might even omit the cheese as it didn't add a lot to the soup. Other than that it was pretty decent for a first time blender soup.

Recipe Ingredients for My Blendtec Spinach Soup

3 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
3 1/2 cup Spinach
1 tsp Soup Base
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 pieces Garlic Cloves
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1/4 cup Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for My Blendtec Spinach Soup

Pre-bake potatoes in microwave then dump all ingredients into the Blendtec blender, select Soups and viola!
