Recipe Ingredients for My Beef Stew

16 oz Beef Stew
14.5 oz Tomatoes Diced
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 oz Salba
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
2 small Onions
2 cup, strips or slices Carrots
2 cup, diced Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
1 serving Xylitol
0.06 tbsp Allspice, Ground

Recipe Directions for My Beef Stew

  1. Dredge meat in flour and spices and brown in coconut oil. Add tomatoes and veggies and bring to a boil.

  2. Transfer to slow cooker and cook for eight to ten hours on low until meat and veggies are tender. If pushed for time you can cook on high for about six hours.
