This is just so I don't have to type all this into my food log every time! I add other things, depending on what is in my frig, separately, as well as dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for My Basic Salad

2 c Romaine lettuce
4 medium baby carrots
3 pieces mushrooms, crimini
1 stalk celery, small
1 c red cabbage, chopped
1 medium chopped tomato
1/2 c cucumber, sliced
1 T Romano cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for My Basic Salad

Wash, chop and put in a bowl! Add whatever else you like.
