Healthy Barritos....very filling:)

Recipe Ingredients for My barrito stuffing

150 gram Avocado
188 gram mexicorn
260 gram black bean
2 cups instant brown rice

Recipe Directions for My barrito stuffing

  1. Cube then mash 1 cup Avacado

  2. Cook instant brown rice completely

  3. Mix 1 can drained black beans and 1 can drained Mexicorn to gether and heat.

  4. Mix cooked rice w/ beans and rice.

  5. Spread avocado on tortilla...place rice mix ..add creole seasoning to taste.

  6. Don't forget to add your calories for the Tortilla:)

  7. Probably makes more than 20 servings...I'd rather be safe than sorry on my Cal. count.
