1 cup non fat milk
2 tablespoons oats
1 teaspoon sugar

  1. blend oats dry to a powder

  2. add chopped banana, milk, sugar, blend

  3. if i can afford the calories, i add 1 tablespoon of Nestle Chocolate Quick Mix.
