3 cup, cubes Eggplant
4 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
0.25 cup Lime Juice
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for My Baba Ganoush

  1. Roast eggplant on 400 degrees for 45 mins

  2. Place roasted eggplant in cold water to cool, peel in cut in cubes

  3. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper
