Recipe Ingredients for My Asian Twist Salad

6 oz. salad greens
6 oz. baby spinach
1 sweet onion, sliced thinly
6 bacon, fried, crumbled (or 1/2 cup crumbled bacon)
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup chow mein noodles
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar (or 3 Tbsp. agave nectar)
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for My Asian Twist Salad

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss together.

  2. Combine the last five ingredients to make the dressing.

  3. Pour dressing over salad and serve.
