This chili is one of my favorites. It has great flavor. and if sticking to one portion is not too bad for you. Not quite diet material but not bad. Serve with cheese over top and/or oyster crackers.

Recipe Ingredients for My All Star Chili - Crock Pot

1 medium White Onion, chopped
1 medium Tomato, chopped
3 Peppers, Anaheim
30 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans
30 oz Chili Beans
1 tsp. Basil
1 tsp Thyme
1 tblsp Black Pepper
1 tblsp Garlic Salt
1 lb. lean ground beef

Recipe Directions for My All Star Chili - Crock Pot

  1. Brown the ground beef in skillet under medium high heat until no longer pink and drain.

  2. Combine all ingredients in crockpot, stir and place on low for 8-10 hrs or high for 4 - 5 hrs.
