Recipe Ingredients for My Alfredo

2 c skim milk
3 T flour
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 c parmasan cheese
1 lb shrimp

Recipe Directions for My Alfredo

  1. Wisk together all ingrediants except cheese.

  2. Cook on medium high heat until thickened.

  3. Stir in cheese until melted.

  4. Pour over pasta.
