Recipe Ingredients for Mustard Roasted Fish

1 pound red snapper
4 oz greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbl dijon mustard
1/2 tbl whole grain mustard
1 tbl shallot
1 tsp capers

Recipe Directions for Mustard Roasted Fish

  1. Mince Shallots, Drain Capers,

  2. Preheat oven 425

  3. Use either parchment paper or glass pan

  4. Combine ingredients and spoon over fish fillets. Bake 10-15 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK the fish, just till flaky.
