Baked Pork filled with Parmesan Cheese & Onions and toppped with Mustard

Recipe Ingredients for Mustard & Onion baked pork

691 g lean pork
2 small onions
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
4 tsp mustard
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Mustard & Onion baked pork

  1. Slice pieces of meat in length, place in deep baking pan

  2. Preheat oven at 210C.

  3. Top the opening in the meat with parmesan.

  4. Chop onions, add on top of the parmesan

  5. "Close" the meat and hold together with toothpicks.

  6. Mix mustard and olive oil with 1 cup of water and pour over meat

  7. Bake for about an hour and 20 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with rice.
