Recipe Ingredients for Mustard-Maple Pork Tenderloin

3 oz Classic Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
16 oz Fresh Tenderloin
2 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Syrups, Maple
1/2 tablespoon Sage

Recipe Directions for Mustard-Maple Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine 1T of the mustard with salt and pepper. Rub mixture into pork.

  2. Heat oil in ovenproof skillet. Add the pork and brown on all sides.

  3. Transfer the skillet and pork to 425 degree oven; roast 15 minutes or until center of tenderloin reaches 145 degrees.

  4. Remove meat to a cutting board to rest.

  5. Add vinegar to skillet, being careful with the hot handle. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

  6. Whisk in maple syrup and 2 T of mustard. Bring to boil and reduce heat.

  7. Simmer about 5 minutes until sauce thickens. Add sage.

  8. Slice pork and serve with sauce.
