Recipe Ingredients for Mustard Glazed Tenderloin

2 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper
8 ounce pork tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Mustard Glazed Tenderloin

  1. Mix the mustard honey, garlic and black pepper together. Spread half the mixture over the tenderloin.

  2. Place in shallow roasting dish and roast at 375 degrees for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

  3. After 20 minutes, pour remaining glaze on the tenderloin.

  4. Pork should still be pink in the middle - cooking it about 30 minutes should have it that way. Cooking it for 40 removes the pink but still leaves it tender and juicy.
