Weight Watchers Mustard Dill Chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Mustard Dill Chicken

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp fat-free yogurt
1 tsp dried dill
4 oz Healthy Choice boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 pinch garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Mustard Dill Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine mustard, yogurt, garlic pwoder, and dill in a small bowl.

  3. Thoroughly coat chicken with mustard sauce.

  4. Tear off a large piece of aluminum foil.

  5. Place chicken in center of foil, gather foil loosely around chicken and fold to seal.

  6. Place on a baking sheet; bake 20 minutes.

  7. Using oven mitts, open foil, keeping face away from steam.

  8. Broil chicken until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes more.

  9. To serve 4, increase quantities to 1/4 cup mustard; 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1 tbsp dill; 1 lb chicken.
