Recipe Ingredients for Mustard Dill Chicken w/ Quinoa

0.5 cup Quinoa
9 tsp Mustard
0.187 cup Plain Nonfat
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
0.75 tbsp Dill Weed, Dried
12 oz Chicken Breasts

Recipe Directions for Mustard Dill Chicken w/ Quinoa

  1. Toast quinoa in dry pan until fragrant. Rinse.

  2. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and simmer quinoa for 15 minutes.

  3. Rub each chicken breast with mustard, yogurt, garlic salt and dill weed. Place each in the center of a square of foil. Pinch foil closed and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Open each foil packet and broil about 5 minutes more (or until cooked).
