Recipe Ingredients for Mustard Crusted Salmon

1 1/4 lb salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Mustard Crusted Salmon

  1. Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan or bakins sheet with foil and then coat it in cooking spray.

  2. Place salmon pieces, skin side down on prepared pan. Season with salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mustard, and lemon juice in small bowl. Spread over salmon

  3. Broil salmon 5 inches from heat source until opaque in center, 10-12 minutes.
