From Southern Living, February 2008. Each serving is 6 oz of chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Mustard Baked Chicken

24 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Mustard Baked Chicken

  1. Place chicken in a large zip-lock bag and stir rogether paprika and next 5 ingredients until well blended; rub over chicken, coating evenly

  2. Seal and chill between 30 minutes and 8 hours, turning occasionally

  3. Remove from marinade and discard marinade

  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet or roasting pan

  5. Bake at 425 degrees F for 50 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of chicken reads 170 degrees F
