Recipe Ingredients for mussels in white wine

16 oz mussels
2 cups white wine
4 cloves garlic, smashed
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for mussels in white wine

Mix wine, garlic, parsley and cilantro, and heat to simmering. Add mussels and cook on medium heat until mussels open. Add cream and cook one more minute. Finish by stirring in butter. Serve hot.
