Recipe Ingredients for Mussel Soup

16 oz Squid
30 Mussel Mussels
10 clove Garlic
1 cup Low Fat Chicken Broth
20 small Clam, Mixed Species
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mussel Soup

Coat the bottom of pan with olive oil. Add mashed garlic and simmer for about two minutes. Add 2 cans chicken broth. Simmer until it bubbles. Add all clams and mussels. Simmer until they open. Add sliced squid. Simmer and stir for about four minutes until squid is cooked but tender. Serve.
