Recipe Ingredients for Mushy peas

1400 g peas
200 g carrots, baby
4 tbs olive oil
10 g dill, fresh
2 tbs flour, white
150 g onion

Recipe Directions for Mushy peas

  1. Heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion. Stir until golden. Add the peas and the carrots (raw, frozen, or canned). Add salt, pepper and fresh dill to taste. Let the vegetables soften.

  2. Mix the flour and some warm water in a bowl. Add it in the pot. Stir everything gently until thickens.

  3. Let it cool for 10 minutes and blend it.
