Mushrooms and summer squash - perfect as a side dish or as a light main course.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushrooms stew

1000 g mushrooms
100 g summer squash
28 g olive oil
25 g white flour
50 g spring onion
175 g yoghurt
50 g tomato sauce
10 g dill

Recipe Directions for Mushrooms stew

Cut everything in small pieces. In the hot olive oil add the chopped spring onion, then the summer squash and the mushrooms. Stir often until soften. Make a sauce from the tomato sauce, the yoghurt and the flour and add it to the mushrooms. Stir again for another five minutes. Sprinkle fresh dill.
