0.33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 ounces Fresh Chopped Onions
6 tsp Ginger Root
2 tablespoon Garlic, Minced
24 oz Portobello Mushroom Caps Packaged
2 oz Ponzu Sauce
0.33 tbsp Thai Chili Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce
0.66 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Recipe Directions for Mushrooms in spicy garlic sauce

  1. 1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, then add onions, ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring, about 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, until lightly browned and tender, 8 to 10 minutes.

  2. 2. Add 6 tablespoons water, the ponzu, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until eggplant is tender and liquid is absorbed. Serve hot, on brown rice.
