8 oz mushrooms, raw
1 tsp garlic
1 tbs onion
1 dash Italian seasoning
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 tbs butter
1 tbs olive oil
3 tbs cooking sherry

Recipe Directions for Mushrooms, Saute

  1. clean & slice mushrooms

  2. chop garlic & onion

  3. heat oil & butter in pan

  4. Add ingredients into pan

  5. Deglaze with sherry
