Quick mix of summer vegetables, full of vitamins

Recipe Ingredients for Mushrooms, broccoli and beans

1 tsp olive oil
1 cup beans
608 g broccoli
1 clove garlic
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame seed

Recipe Directions for Mushrooms, broccoli and beans

Chop all ingredients, place mushrooms, oil, salt an tomato in a frypan with lid. Cook until softened, add beans with a half cup of water, simmer a few minutes then steam broccoli on top of the vegetable base (another 5 mins or so). Sprinkle with sesame (you could add walnuts or almonds instead).
