Just saute'd veggies, I used butter to really make the mushrooms delicious, but you can always use olive oil for a healthier alternative

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom, zucchini, and spinach saute

8 oz button mushrooms, sliced
1 medium zucchini
8 oz spinach, frozen
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 oz parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp butter, salted

Recipe Directions for Mushroom, zucchini, and spinach saute

  1. Defrost spinach,

  2. Saute mushrooms in butter until just beginning to turn golden.

  3. Add sliced zucchini and spinach, lemon juice and red pepper flakes, and parmesan.

  4. Let saute until zucchini is tender, and spinach is just beginning to wilt.
