1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1/2 tomato, diced
1 clove garlic
1 T olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mushroom tomato pasta sauce (vegan)

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until golden.

  2. Add remainder of ingredients and saute until tender, about 7 minutes.

  3. Add water as needed to saute and maintain consistency.
