Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Tarragon Soup

16 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1.25 cup Vegetable Broth
9 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Tarragon Soup

  1. Saute the shallots in the butter in a large soup pan.

  2. When the shallots are transparent, add the chopped mushrooms and cook for three minutes.

  3. Add the broth and milk and bring to a boil.

  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Add the tarragon, simmer for 3 minutes.

  6. Serve hot.
