Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Swiss Omelette

1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup spinach
2 tbs onion, chopped
1 slice swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Swiss Omelette

  1. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat, spray w/Pam.

  2. Saute vegies about 2 minutes. Set aside. Spray pan again. Beat eggs, add to pan. Lift edges to let egg run under, when no more runs under, flip. Add cheese and cooked vegies. Fold omelette.
