Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Stroganoff

1 tbsp canola oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 1/4 lbs mushrooms, chopped
4 stalks celery, sliced
2 tsp paprika
1 cup water
1 tsp chicken buillion Herb-Ox
170 g fat free greek yogurt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Stroganoff

  1. heat oil in pan

  2. stirfry onions, garlic, mushrooms, celery and paprika until soft

  3. add water and buillion, cook for 10 minutes on medium

  4. add yogurt and pepper, cook for an additional 5-7 minutes

  5. serve over pasta
