Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Stroganoff

3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 yellow onion
1 lb mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup lite sour cream
3 tbsp flour
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
5 cups egg noodles
1/2 cup parmesean cheese

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Stroganoff

  1. Melt butter in skillet and saute onions. Add mushrooms and garlic and saute until browned. Add broth and let simmer until reduced by 1/3.

  2. Combine sour cream, flour, soy sauce, and worcestershire sauce in bowl. Add to skillet and let cook until combined and thickened to taste. May need to add cornstarch to thicken.

  3. Cook as many egg noodles as needed, put sauce over noodles, and add parmesean cheese to taste.
