Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Stragonoff

500 grams mushroom
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
7 1/2 g Sherry
1 teaspoon paprika
5 grams Bouillon
100 grams Natural Greek Style Yoghurt
1 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Stragonoff

Heat the oil fry off the onion in a deep frying pan, till golden, add the garlic and the mushroom, fry until fragrant, add the paprika pepper, seasoning then stir in on a low heat the sherry and the yoghurt fry until forms a thick gloossy sauce, serve straight away with buttered rice or pasta.
