Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom stir-fry

192 g sliced carrots
248 g onions
15 g garlic
15 g grated ginger
300 g cremini mushrooms
285 g shitake mushrooms
165 g edamame
10 g cornstarch
2 T water
1/2 serving Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
2 T Bragg Liquid Aminos

Recipe Directions for Mushroom stir-fry

  1. Saute carrots, onions, and garlic in oil for 4-5 minutes.

  2. Add mushrooms, broth, ginger, and soy sauce and bring to simmer. Add edamame and simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Mix cornstarch and water and cook 30 seconds until thickened. Serve over rice.
