From the Romanian cuisine, a wonderfull vegetarian dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Stew

150 g mushrooms, cooked
100 g tomatoes, cooked
50 g sweet green peppers, cooked
30 g onions, cooked
7 g sunflower oil, cooked
3 g salt

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Stew

  1. Boile de tomatoes, and mushrooms separatly.

  2. Chop the onions.

  3. Heat up the oil in a pan, then fry the choped onions untill gey turn slightly brown.

  4. Peel and cut the boiled tomatoes and mushrooms.

  5. Cut the sweet peppers.

  6. Mix all ingredients in a pot + 200-300g of the water in which the mushrooms boiled, at low flame, for about 30 mins, or untill the mix starts boiling.

  7. Let the mix cool a bit then serve !

  8. Pofta Buna ! (romanian for Bon Apetit !)
