Recipe Ingredients for mushroom and spinach pie(VEGGIE)

500 grams puff pastry
400 grams mushrooms
200 grams spinach
250 grams cream cheese
20 grams flour

Recipe Directions for mushroom and spinach pie(VEGGIE)

  1. roughly chop the mushrooms and fry using spray light

  2. add crushed garlic, thyme and salt and pepper

  3. add a few drops of water and cook the mushrooms slowly until liquid is almost gone.

  4. sprinkle in 2 teaspoons flour and the washed spinach, mix well.

  5. stir in cream cheese and leave mixture to cool.

  6. roll puff pastry into a long rectangle - quite thinly. cut in half , and lay filling in middle of one piece of pastry.

  7. brush edges with egg or milk and put other piece of pastry on top.

  8. bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour or until gloden brown.
