Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Spinach Frittata

3 oz Mushrooms
2 oz Spinach
4 serving (Crystal Farms) AllWhites Egg Whites
2 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 serving Parmesan Romano and Asiago Shredded
1/4 cup Mexican 3 Cheese

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Spinach Frittata

Heat oil in 14" pan and add mushrooms, sauté for 3 minutes then ad spinach, sauté just until spinach wilts, pour egg mixture over mushrooms and spinach sprinkle all cheese over top and place in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes or until frittata puffs up and eggs are lightly brown.
