Plain couscous w/sauteed baby bella mushrooms and baby spinach. Seasoned w/garlic pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom & Spinach Couscous

1 1/2 c couscous
1 c baby bella mushrooms packaged
1 c baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Mushroom & Spinach Couscous

  1. Boil water

  2. Add 1.5c couscous, cover and remove from heat.

  3. Let stand 5 minutes and sautee mushrooms and spinach while waiting.

  4. Mix both couscous and mushroom mix together and season to taste w/garlic pepper.

  5. makes six servings
