Lovely creamy mushroom. Approximate a 4.75 oz serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Mushroom Soup

10 oz mushrooms
32 oz water
1 1/2 tbsp Chicken Base
2 oz onion
2 celery stalks
8 oz Greek Yogurt
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp tarragon
1/4 tsp thyme
3 tbsp roasted garlic

Recipe Directions for Mushroom Soup

  1. Add all dry ingredients, chicken base bouillon, celery, onion, garlic and mushrooms in to water and bring to boil.

  2. Reduce heat to medium and puree with magic bullet.

  3. Then add yogurt. Blend with bullet.
